We were on a bit of a hiatus this week since a) my camera battery died, and b) my charger has mysteriously disappeared into the black hole that houses our socks, my hair bands and small toys. Here's what you've missed:
The summer clothes were brought back out since it was 89 degrees Thursday, Friday and Saturday....we picked this little ensemble out for a birthday party at the beach.
Teagen, the birthday girl (turning 2) and Drew giving her a hug. The summer outfit didn't last too long since it was 65 degrees at the beach and cloudy! Who knew? Here is the link from her 1st birthday party.
If you can recall from last summer's birthday parties, Drew was very unsure of the sand. She reintroduced herself at the party this year and, needless to say, required a bath that night.
The filth on her face is sand. Usually it is some form of food, but she was hardly interested - the sign of a great party!
And Drew discovered that she can run fast. Yes, we know she didn't get that from Mom. But check out the look of determination on her face.
